Angi and Thumbtack sell raw contact info — you call a homeowner who may have no idea what they want or what it costs. BuildifyOS leads come with a photo of the project, an AI-generated bill of materials, the homeowner’s budget, and their style preferences.
Do I need to pay today? ▾
No. Early access signup is completely free. We lock in your pricing tier at signup, and you won’t be charged until the platform launches in your area.
What does “exclusive ZIP territory” mean for Enterprise? ▾
Enterprise contractors own their territory. When a homeowner in your ZIP codes submits a project in your trade, you are the first — and sometimes only — contractor shown.
How are leads verified and qualified? ▾
Every lead on BuildifyOS comes from a homeowner who uploaded a real photo of their property, described their project in detail, and selected a budget range. Our AI analyzes the image and generates a bill of materials — so by the time a lead reaches you, the project scope is already defined.
Can I change my plan after signup? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Enterprise territory assignments are first-come, first-served by ZIP code.
